The second floor serves as the heart of the home, bringing everyone together in a warm, open-concept layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for group cooking, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island that seats up to five. A drip coffee maker and coffee are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests and includes a wine refrigerator and wine rack, with folding chairs available to accommodate larger meals.
