The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave and kitchen island with bar top seating. Off of the kitchen/living room is a sizable deck with a great view of Sehome Arboretum. Additionally, the ground floor also has a two car garage, washer & dryer and an additional half bath. The upstairs bedrooms are generously sized, with the primary suite offering a private retreat complete with an en-suite bathroom and amazing view, especially evening sunsets. Two additional bedrooms upstairs can serve as guest rooms, home offices, or hobby spaces, accommodating various lifestyle needs. An additional full bathroom is shared for those living in the two additional bedrooms.
