The building is fire protected by an internal sprinkler system and continuous central fire alarm monitoring. Tenant pays all utilities. Private off-street parking is provided in a parking lot immediately behind the building. All applicants will need to complete a credit report. A security deposit of one month’s rent and a minimum one-year lease. No pets without approval. If approved there is an extra $200 pet deposit.
