It features an eat-in kitchen and includes all necessary appliances. For your convenience, there is coin-operated laundry available in the building, along with a private storage locker. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric expenses. An exterior parking space is provided. Apply now to get pre-approved and secure this comfortable living space. Please note, all leases will be extended until February 2026, as we do not end leases in October, November, December, or January. The non-refundable application fee is $60 per adult 18 and over. Qualified tenants will pay the first full month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
