Parties, events, and loud noise are strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties and immediate eviction. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is not allowed inside the apartment, and if smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be applied. Pets are not permitted in the apartment, and any unauthorized presence of pets may result in a penalty and immediate termination of the stay. Only guests registered in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment, and unauthorized occupancy may result in penalties and cancellation of the reservation. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and guests must confirm their arrival time in advance to coordinate access. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late departures without approval may result in additional charges. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition, and additional cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty. Guests are responsible for returning all keys and access cards, and lost or unreturned items may result in replacement fees. Any damage to the apartment or its contents must be reported immediately, and failure to report damage may result in deductions or charges. The apartment is for residential use only, and visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Access to the unit is reserved with at least 24 hours’ notice for maintenance or routine inspections. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items, and guests are encouraged to secure all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
