This is an owner occupied duplex. I, the owner, live upstairs. It is in an excellent location in Lakewood, Ohio. You can walk to a view of the lake in under 5 minutes. It is a fairly quiet and friendly street. We have an annual block party for neighbors. There are many excellent parks within under 5 minutes drive or short walk including Rocky River Reservation and Lakewood Park with the Solstice Steps. There are many restaurants, shops, and gyms within a short walking distance. There are 3 gyms within a 7 minute walk. It’s 5 minutes driving to get to I-90. Or you have easy access to Clifton and Lake Road.
Two bedroom, one bath downstairs unit. Owner occupied in upstairs unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors. Includes one private driveway parking spot, fenced in backyard, and trash pickup. Owner provides snow removal and lawn care. Provided appliances include dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and basement washer and dryer. Unit offers traditional radiator heat. No AC in unit. You are welcome to use window or interior AC units. Owner provides water/sewer. The tenant must pay for other utilities, for example, electricity, gas, internet, etc. Pet policies: maximum 2 pets allowed totaling up to 100 lbs collectively. $250 flat non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover charges for property damage caused by pet. Pets should not be left unattended in the yard or anywhere outside of the apartment unit, and waste must be picked up immediately.
