Lease Terms: How long is the lease? Twelve months minimum to start. Does it come with furniture? No. Parking? Two assigned parking spots. Do you accept Section 8? Yes, but you must still pass a credit, background check, and income requirements. Do you accept pets? Yes, with a $350 pet deposit. Only small pets are acceptable in this HOA. Are utilities included?
