For The Love of Cozy

The apartment on S Negley Ave's main pro is that it is planted in near the flourishing neighborhoods of East Liberty, Shadyside, and Friendship, also a very short distance from Highland Park. Even if one only walks, it is an easy commute to any place of necessity whether grocery store or bar or hospital. The bus sop it literally outside the door of the apartment as well for an easy commute. It IS a small one bedroom ( fully carpeted ) with a closet-sized kitchen so don't expect to have much company over or share the space with more than one person ( intimately of course as other is unavoidable ). Herbert Halsband Properties ( the proprietors ) have an office that is very quick to respond to maintenance needs though they may need a reminder once in a while as they probably have high volume requests due to all the properties they manage. One may not like that the street is very busy but it is not much of a bother. It is slightly overpriced ( possibly for location ) but all utilizes are include besides electric. The water pressure is great and there is also deceivingly amble closet space. Overall it is a good spot for a cozy, short term stay of one lease or two if you are a bachelor, couple, or hobbit :)
