The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and you must inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, and 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. This centrally located apartment provides easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes that Tempe offers. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. [SI]
