Available June 1st! Live maintenance free and move into our beautiful condo in a fantastic location in the very desired Lodge at Terralago. You will be just minutes from Denver Premium Outlet Shopping. With 1,442 finished sq. ft, and no one living above you, the home features a primary bedroom suite and a second bedroom with its own bathroom on the top floor. There is a powder room on the main floor, which is perfect for guests. The main floor also has a relaxing living/family room with a two-sided fireplace, dining area and high ceilings. It has an open kitchen and access to a patio that is perfect for relaxing. With the rental include use of our Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer. Plus, enjoy a 1-car detached garage, with some extra storage, and 1 reserved parking space in the lot as well! The HOA provides community pool access, fitness center access, trash removal, water, sewer, snow removal, and all outside maintenance and is included in the monthly rent. All other utilities (excel, etc.) must be paid for by the tenant and must have accounts transferred into tenant's name on the day of lease commencement, or the day of move-in, whichever comes first. 12-month lease beginning June 1st for $2,200 per month. If interested in a showing, please reply with information to the following subjects: ? Who would be moving with you and how are they related to you? ? Your current employment situation? ? Your current living situation? ? Pets? If you are still interested after a showing, a rental application will be given to prospective renter(s) for approval. An application fee of $100 will be due when turning in application. An application and fee must be turned in for everyone 18 years of age or older planning to live on the property. $50 of the application fee will be used for a criminal background and credit check and is non-refundable. If your application is not approved, the remaining $50 will be refunded. If you are accepted, the remaining $50 will be the first portion of your required security deposit which totals $2,200 (equal to 1 month's rent). If you have been accepted, we will set a date for lease signing. The remaining $2,150 of the security deposit will be due at lease signing, along with the 1st month of June's rent. Your next payment after that wouldn't be due until July 1st!! A non-refundable pet deposit ($300) and extra fee on the monthly rent ($75 per month per animal) would be required for each pet living on the property. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE.
