The owner will agree to rent to someone who has up to two pets (no more than that) if you have great references to include DAILY waste cleanup. At this time, the owner is keeping the detached garage for personal use and is NOT available and not apart of the rental. A qualified tenant will: Make at least $3200/month take home pay.
