Can’t really beat this deal. I have a private room available starting between February 1st and March 1st for $1200/month, all utilities included. For the right fit, there may be some wiggle room on move in date with the ability to prorate the rent. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of the West End. For reference, it's about a block from Chaval. My friends own the house and I rent the 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment upstairs (top two floors). The $1200 includes all utilities (gas, electricity and internet). We have a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We have a Peloton you can use if you want to throw a few bucks towards the membership. The room's not huge but can easily fit a queen size bed w/ room for furniture. It has a window with nice natural light with a very small closet. It has great built in shelves on one wall. There’s an extra room on the lower floor if extra closet space is needed. Open to any gender or non-gender conforming individuals. Communal spaces are pretty well furnished, but we can always discuss finding space for your stuff. Maybe it's cooler than ours! Lease is month to month with one months rent required as a security deposit. Two months notice required if/when you decide to move out. Molly and I are old pals from college, and we cohabitate with two furry creatures who are the lights of our lives (see more below) so you must be cool with dogs! I love doing outdoor activities, going to see music, watching movies, eating/making delicious food and giggling with pals.
