About This Property

This FULLY FURNISHED property is light and bright with tons of large windows allowing natural light to stream in. This townhome has an open floor plan, upgraded new laminate floors and plantation shutters throughout The open floor plan and kitchen is a home chef's delight with new stainless steel appliances Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Gas Range, Microwave and Dishwasher. The Kitchen has it all, a breakfast bar and dining area with sliding door that opens to a private patio and is open to the living room. The large gourmet kitchen has tons of cabinet and counter space. All kitchen essentials are included, dishware, cookware, glassware, flatware, etc. The Living Room has a flat screen TV. Note the fireplace is not for use. The living room easily seats six with a sofa and two chairs, plus side tables and coffee table. The Dining Room table seats six.
