About This Home

12 Month Lease, $1,015 deposit, Available Now

Up for rent is a recently updated studio apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill. The apartment is available immediately with the remainder of June and all of July at no charge. The apartment is located four blocks from King Soopers, one block from Cheesman Park, and across the street from Thump coffee. In short there are loads of restaurants, pubs, and coffee houses well within a ten minute walk. This is one of the most walkable locations in Denver. The apartment itself has hardwood floors in the living room with tile in the kitchen and bath. Huge new double pain windows let in loads of light and keep out the cold and any outside noise. Abundant closet space offers ample storage for active lifestyles. The building offers several amenities including additional on site storage, an outdoor enclosed area for summer grilling, and on-site laundry. There are five off street parking spaces that are available for lease with sixteen apartments in the building. The remaining parking is on street. Generally, there is a waiting list for the reserved parking spaces. Street parking is good for an urban area. The street parking is not regulated to 2-hour non-resident parking as it is near the central business district, and this is good thing because dealing with the city on a resident permit is a pain. The building also offers many utilities included in the price of rent. This includes heat, trash, water, sewer, and high speed internet. The only standard utility not included is electric. This is individually metered to each apartment with a house meter paid by the management for the common areas. So you only pay for the electric used in your apartment. I am asking $1015 for this apartment with a one month deposit. The space is ready for immediate move in. A credit check is required prior to signing a lease. Please email me and include your phone number if you would like to set up a showing. Thanks! Nearby neighborhoods include Congress Park, Five Points, Washington Park, Uptown

Neighborhood

Cheesman Park gives residents a place to call home within walking distance to most amenities. This calm, laidback residential area is best known for its namesake green space known for its large grassy lawns, shaded jogging trails, and neoclassical marble pavilion with dazzling fountains. You can find live performers and diverse, inclusive cultural events throughout the year here. Cheesman Park is home to the Denver Botanic Gardens as well, attracting locals and visitors to view gorgeous themed gardens.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the large residential homes and mansions of earlier days have given way to towering high-rise homes with views of the Mile High City and charming apartments in mid-rise buildings. Cheesman Park is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in Denver and offers a great location. There are several cozy coffee shops, cafes, and craft-cocktail bars surrounding the neighborhood.
