Master bedroom has walk-in closet and bath with shower/tub. Convenient upstairs washer and dryer included. Single car garage included. Small outside area with patio for BBQ, etc. Very little exterior maintenance required. Heat pump with A/C on the first floor. No pets preferred but negotiable. No puppies or kittens. Pets must be spayed or neutered, less than 50lbs, house broken and contained when no one is home. Tenants pay all utilities directly to the utility companies except for water and sewer. Water and sewer is part of the rental and we pay that directly. Non-smoking unit. 2 vehicles max. Minimum 12 month lease.
