UVA alumni looking for a subletter for late January/February through June 2018 for one of the bedrooms in a spacious, 2 bedroom apartment at Carriage Hill Apartments. Carriage Hill is a safe, friendly neighborhood just 10 minutes away from downtown and 15 minutes away from UVA Grounds. Subletter will pay $645/mo rent to reside in the master bedroom with a connecting private bathroom and two closets. Living room and kitchen are already furnished, but there is extra space for additional furniture/appliances if subletter desires to bring more. Bedroom and bathroom are not furnished. Dogs may be considered, but cats are not allowed (allergy). Opportunity to take over lease for 2018-2019 available. Subletter will live with a super cool roommate named Matt! Matt is 25 and works in Charlottesville. He is a voracious reader, an excellent cook, and has impeccable taste in what Netflix shows or college basketball games to watch on a weeknight. He has been a great roommate. Nearby restaurants include Starbucks, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Christian's Pizza, and more. There is a Giant within walking distance, and Wegmans at Fifth Street Station is just 10 minutes away.
