Amazon prime & Netflix -Spacious eat in kitchen -Full bathroom 2nd FLOOR -Please note: You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to 2nd floor -Master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed & Sofa bed + master bathroom. Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix -2nd room with Queen bed -3rd room with 2 twin beds -Full bathroom 3rd FLOOR -Please note: You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor -Observation room with 360 views of the water!! Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Atlantic City is nestled along the coast of New Jersey. This seaside suburban town is known for its scenic oceanside beach as well as its wide selection of entertainment options and casinos similar to Las Vegas. Boasting a fun-filled boardwalk and a host of local retailers, restaurants, and attractions, Atlantic City makes for a great weekend getaway as well as a place for homebuyers to find a home. Our home is right next to the Waterfront Park with a playground! Take a morning stroll with your family and enjoy the beautiful view. We are also steps away from the boardwalk/ beach. -There is plenty of free street parking at any time! You will not need it as we are steps away from the boardwalk/beach. -You can also take the Jitney which stops about 1 block 1/2 on Melrose Ave. The Jitney will take you to the casinos and outlet shopping center. -Uber/Lyfts are also very easily accesible Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site TRASH Trash day is Monday. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, please be so kind to take the trash bins out in the backyard to the curb Sunday night. We would really appreciate it! =) TV's There are 2 Smart Tv's in the home. There is NO cable. We have Amazon prime and Netflix. STAIRS Please note that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd room, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the third floor. PARKING There is plenty of free street parking. SUMMER AMENITIES: These amenities are only provided in the summertime which is usually after Memorial day and before Labor Day. Of course, Atlantic City has fabulous restaurants, casinos, and pubs, but the locals know that this neighborhood's real attraction is the great outdoors. Besides the beautiful beaches, Uptown also has the Historic Gardener's Basin, a protected area by the back bays, that offers fishing, shopping, and boating for lazy Sunday afternoons. Many locals of all ages also utilize the Uptown School Complex for recreation such as basketball and indoor swimming, especially during the winter months.
Residents can reach the boardwalk by walking from Uptown, but the Jitney Bus also swings through the neighborhood regularly. For those looking to get to Philadelphia or other shore points, the New Jersey Transit provides convenient public transportation.
