The converted garage is packed with entertainment, including a poker table, foosball, an indoor putt-putt green, and a retro Nintendo 64 with a TV. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, a private hot tub, a Blackstone grill, and deck and patio seating with peek-a-boo lake views from the front porch. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Located in a quiet, charming lake town, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings while being just steps from Lake Erie. The home is a short stroll to the lake, playgrounds, and parks. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. A hot tub cleanliness fine is $250. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
