A pleasant, private deck off the kitchen overlooks several acres of open fields with deer, foxes, coyotes and other wildlife. Hunting is not allowed. There’s a queen sized mattress in the sleeping loft and a single sized daybed in the main room. One window air conditioner pretty much cools the whole place. Floors are carpeted or vinyl, walls are white, woodwork is white or natural pine. Windows have mini blinds, large windows also have insulated blackout drapes. Plenty of outside parking with drive-up motion lights. No smoking inside. One housetrained, neutered adult dog under 25 pounds CONSIDERED, with breed restrictions and rent adjustment.
