Ride-sharing services like Uber or Taxis are recommended. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars (no parking on the street or grass as the city will fine you). Please clean up after using the BBQ; if the grill is not cleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee might apply. No smoking is allowed inside the house. The landscaper will enter the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and the pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week.
