There is also an additional walk-in closet off of the main hallway plus a coat closet and built-in storage in the foyer. Located on the desirable Madison Isthmus, this apartment is one block from a grocery store and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It's one mile to downtown, 3 to 4 miles to all major hospitals, 3 blocks to Lake Monona, and 3.5 miles to UW Hospital. The Metro Bus Stop is 2 blocks away, and street parking is usually available within one block of the apartment. Smoking is not allowed, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise.
