I’ve been living in this community for a couple of months now, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The neighborhood is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming, which made settling in much easier. I also appreciate how clean and organized the common areas are, and it’s clear that the management team takes good care of the property.

Everything is great and I am very happy to live here. The staff people are amazing and the amenities are wonderful. One thing I would like to suggest is that to pay more attention to the people who came for cleaning the outside area of the 1st using air blowers as they just put all the dirt in the corner of the balconies and that is not nice at all for the people who has balconies with their apartments. Thanks!

The apartments are modern and seem to have been recently renovated. Parking is convenient and the elevators made moving in a lot easier. It’s quiet and peaceful as well inside the building as well as outside.

Positive Aspects: Location: The apartment is in a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. It’s been very convenient for my daily commute and lifestyle. Maintenance Team: The maintenance staff is responsive and efficient. Every time I’ve submitted a request, the issue has been resolved within 24-48 hours. Amenities: The building amenities (e.g., gym, pool, rooftop lounge) are well-maintained and add significant value to living here. I especially enjoy using the fitness center. Paper thin walls and ceilings so you hear everything. Charge 210 dollars for cleaning fee for studio apartments when left in great condition. Garage doors always broken. Air conditioner is not VFD so its either hot or cold.
I left after only a couple weeks because my unit (and apparently multiple others) are infested with ants. Just ... hundreds of ants crawling everywhere, the tiny little reddish brown ones. Despite keeping things meticulously clean (Plus I barely even ate anything there since I'd just moved in!) I started seeing ants. They came out from behind the (brand new) dish washer, from behind the (brand new) oven, from under the baseboards in every room, under the sink in the kitchen, and were crawling on the floors and walls in every room. The day I left there were even ants crawling on the blankets on the bed. I contacted the building management multiple times about this and nothing was done for over a week. They promised maintenance would stop by to check it out, and provide ant traps. No one ever showed up, and ant traps weren't left for over a week (ironically they were dropped off the day I moved out). The front office said that multiple units in the building had ants, not just mine, and that they hadn't lined up a pest control company even after knowing about the issue for 2 weeks.
