About This Property

One bedroom condo downstairs and across from the pool and laundry room located at Williamsburg Condominiums (a retirement community that does not allow children under 18). Nice 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small kitchen, small dining room and small living room/den. Nice full length closet in bathroom and nice walk in closet in bedroom. No smoking. No pets allowed. Rent includes cable tv and pest control service. Very nice quiet neighbors and perfect for a single retired person or perhaps a physician/nurse who needs a place to stay when in town working.Only qualified renters who pay on time need apply. Rent and deposit due upon signing of lease. Monthly rent due on the first day of each month thereafter. No exceptions. I prefer to rent to single, elderly people as my neighbors are elderly and quiet. Just put in new carpet, refrigerator, dishwasher, chandelier, blinds and all rooms are freshly painted. Microwave and small convection oven/toaster are included amenities. Only non smokers need apply!
