Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience. You couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything! The apartment is one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport and a 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. It is next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.
