Multiple parking lots offer daily parking at reasonable prices within a 2-block radius. This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything! It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's also next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
