It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's also next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Weapons and drugs are prohibited and will be reported to the police, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
