Multiple parking lots offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius. You couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything! The apartment is one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking, parties, or pets allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
