The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's also next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs.
