Free garage parking, free parking on the driveway, and free street parking are available. You are only a 30-minute drive from downtown Calgary (Stampede), a 3-minute drive from restaurants and shops (20-minute walk), a 30-minute drive from Foothills Hospital, and a 1.5-hour drive from Banff. This family home is in the heart of NW Calgary. Only registered guests are allowed to stay past 10 pm. Visitors are allowed only if accompanied by the booking guest, no overnight visitors, and no daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per night. This is a residential home and not a party venue. Unauthorized parties or events may result in an admin fee from $400 up to $1,000 or more if security or eviction is required. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep outdoor noise low at all times. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home (including near open doors or windows) and will incur a breach fee of $1,000 plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside), including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence or violation will incur a fee of $1,000, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith or rekey if required.
