Beautiful and spacious Victorian. 5 large rooms- good for 3 or 4 people or a spacious home for 2 people. High ceiling and original molding, wood floors, two mantles, and stained glass, quiet despite being in the heart of the Haight-Ashbury, central to the city with public transit and easy bike ride to anywhere in SF. Stop giving all your funds to Uber. Back room with the second mantle features built-in cabinets. Some people use it as a dining room and others use it as a bedroom. The built-in works wonderfully either way. The double parlor has doors shut completely, creating two bedrooms and makes moving furniture in and out easy. An insert gas fireplace heater provides heat and beauty. Also included: eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, one full bathroom, one half bath and one bathroom with clawfoot tub, bike storage and a garden.
