What is great about this home is that it has nice hardwood floors, tall ceilings, Victorian built in features, a very large dining room AND a very large living-room. Lots of common space. DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT This second floor flat, as you enter it, you enter into a large dining room (15x15+)with a view of mt. tam. To the left is a large living room (15x15+ not including bay windows) with a bay window and a small porch area. The master bedroom (15x15+bay window) is off of the living room. It is on the large side and has a bay window. Off of the dining room is another normal sized bedroom (~12x15) with some build in storage areas. Off the dining room is also an entrance to the kitchen (which is on the small size) but the kitchen has a dishwasher, cabinets, stove, fridge, etc just not tons of room. Off of the kitchen is another bedroom that is normal sized. And also off the kitchen is a hallway to the laundry area and the bathroom. The bathroom is a split bathroom (meaning there are two rooms one with a shower and bathtub and sink in it and a second with a toilet in it) People can shower while somebody else uses the toilet, etc. There is also some stairs that go down to the small shared yard that has a hot-tub in it that is available. In the building : On the bottom floor, there are two 1 bedroom apartments that also have access to the shared yard and hot-tub. And there is an inlaw unit that has access to the yard and hot-tub too.
