About This Property

I'm looking to renew a lease and sign a 12 or 14 month lease starting on 2/7/24. I rent the basement and have an office on the main level and I would like to rent with a couple, or with two people that would split the 4 rooms upstairs. The main level is shared although I spend most of my time downstairs as I have my own fridge and sink down there. Total rent is $3885, so it would be $1295 for one and $2590 for a couple. The garage is shared and although I don't park in there, that could likely be worked out if that's important to you. House has unlimited data Xfinity fiberoptic internet, and after utilites, everyone would pay around $1475. Rent is due on the 1st, no exceptions. Must be able to pass a credit check with the property management company. Must clean up after yourself and contribute to keeping the house clean. House has 5 bedrooms with an office, 4 bathrooms , a 3 car garage, a fenced in backyard, a 3 car driveway and there's always street parking available. It's a very quiet and clean neighborhood. I have a friendly 10 year old boxer mix and would consider another dog or two, if they get along. My dog can be dog selective when it comes to big dogs but he gets along with most small dogs. He’s not cat friendly. He’ll be on the main level and in the basement but we have a gate on the stairs so he doesn’t go upstairs. I have dog doors that allow him out to the backyard on the main and basement level. The property management company would allow two more pets on the lease but there is a $300 non refundable pet deposit for each and they have breed restrictions. Deposit is the same as the rent for each person
