Seminole City Park is a short 1.5 miles away, and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is only 3.5 miles away, making travel convenient. Please note that during inclement weather, pool use is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and debris may wash into the pool after rain, potentially causing slight discoloration. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). This home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Cameras are installed outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. Please be aware of humidity and potential bugs, as this is common in Florida. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 7 guests are allowed at any given time. Propane for the grill is not provided. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
