We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Penn Circle in Carmel! 12400 Old Meridian St. We got an awesome deal on it (way below what they're asking now) and want to pass that on to you! ONLY $1118/month (currently listed at $1213-$1697!!!!) Lease ends 5/16/18 Husband is attending IU Bloomington and got a job on campus so we need to move closer asap! Beautiful modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment 1094 square feet, Bamboo Floorplan Granite countertops, dark cabinets Huge open kitchen! Laundry room with washer & dryer Huge walk in closets! 3rd floor, very quiet building Big windows with lots of light Dark wood floors in kitchen and bathrooms, carpet in living and bedrooms Meijer, Starbucks, Yats, Blaze and lots of restaurants right across the street! Close to Monon Trail, Carmel Main Street & Clay Terrace 20 minutes, $7 uber to BroadRipple Complex is awesome- pool is beautiful, gym is nice, office staff are great especially the maintenance guys who I swear can fix anything and are so super caring! We wish we didn't have to move (we just signed for another year because we love it) but the daily 1.5+ drive each way is just way too much!
