Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area, and radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm.
