The main house boasts an open-concept living space with a double-sided electric fireplace, two seating areas (one with air hockey and foosball), and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom, with one king bedroom offering two trundle beds and the other featuring two queen beds. The lower level is a dedicated game haven with a pool table and ping pong table, plus a fourth bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The separate guest house provides a cozy retreat with its own living area, fully stocked kitchen, and private washer/dryer. It includes a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two single bunk-style beds, a full bathroom, and a private rear deck with a hot tub and fire pit. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 5-acre property, including the main house, guest house, seasonal pool, hot tub, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available for use. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee per pet, up to 2 pets maximum, each up to 50 lbs. Nestled on 5 private acres surrounded by lush trees, this estate offers a serene mountain getaway. Enjoy the manicured lawn and the tranquility of a private setting. The swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through October 1st and is not heated or lit. Due to the high elevation, the water can get cold, especially at night. Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash and do not throw loose garbage into the cans located in the garage.
