Free street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking can be arranged for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Easy access to major highways and COTA lines makes getting around the city a breeze. Due to the central downtown location and shared walls, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, with smoking permitted outside only. Vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of a $300 House Rules Violation fee if smoking is discovered after check-out. No additional unregistered guests are allowed beyond the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night will be charged, along with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is used to monitor activity. Furniture is not to be rearranged.
