Easy access to major highways and COTA lines makes getting around the city a breeze. Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible; white noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, with smoking permitted outside only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed beyond the reservation count, and a fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a violation charge. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge.
