It also offers easy access to major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
