Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. Bakersfield, known for its margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream are just down the block. The apartment is less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, 1.3 miles from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and 1.4 miles from downtown Columbus and Nationwide Arena Stadium. It also offers easy access to major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
