It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops, a cozy living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, and Smart TVs in the bedroom. For your comfort, the apartment also includes high-speed internet, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Permit parking is complimentary for one vehicle. Additional street parking permits are available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. This apartment is a short walk to the Short North District, less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, a 4-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium, and an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital. It also offers easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
