Bus stops are a short walk away on 12th Ave. This apartment is located in a downtown residential building, so guests should expect normal city sounds and occasional noise from neighboring units or the street. The building is older and full of character, so you may notice typical sounds or quirks common in established buildings. There is no air conditioning, but the balcony doors and windows allow fresh air to circulate through the unit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay past 10pm. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per night. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000 or more if security or eviction is required. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will incur a fee of $1,000 plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property and will incur a fee of $1,000 if any evidence is found, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith or rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin or inspection fee of $400 will be charged.
