Furnished master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The bathroom has a large tub, double sink and floor length mirror. There is a large walk-in closet. The room is equipped with a king size bed that has a hydraulic lift for storage underneath. A large desk and chair are on one side leading to the balcony. The room also has a smart TV. This room is in a shared house with the owner. You would have access to the kitchen, in-unit laundry, dining room, backyard, and weight rack in the garage. The living room is generally occupied, as I work from home. There are two other bedrooms, occupied by me. My rooms are down the hall on the opposite side of the house - no shared walls. I have my own bathroom and there is a third half bathroom downstairs. Kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and filtered water hookup. You’d get your own shelf space in the kitchen and fridge. There is also more storage shelving in the garage, if needed. I have a ring doorbell and cameras in the front and back for security purposes to which I will grant you access. Rent includes gas, water, internet, and trash. We split the electricity bill. There is a weight rack in the garage that you are free to use at your own risk/discretion. There are two tandem parking spots - but there are also communal spots in the complex available on a first come first served basis. So we wouldn’t always have to double park. I am looking for a kind and communicative person who wouldn’t mind me having occasional family visitors. I do not drink, smoke, or stay up late. Looking for someone who will leave shared spaces as you found them. No cats, dogs, or smoking. Room is available through the end of March.
