About This Property

Property Id: 1523173 Hello, I am a retired women with a room for rent. It is a furnished room with a queen size adjustable bed and bathroom which includes a rocking chair recliner, medium size dresser, and TV. It's a lovely room tastefully decorated and absolutely perfect for sleeping in. We will be sharing the den, living room, dining room, kitchen, porch, and yards. Of course, the entire house is tastefully decorated and most of it has hard surface floors. The backyard is quite large and green with a lovely, covered deck perfect for year-round relaxation. We have a six foot privacy fence and plenty of off street parking. We are 5 minutes from downtown Longmont, the grocery store, the mall, and only 24 minutes away from downtown Boulder, and Foothill's Hospital in Boulder. Our neighborhood is quiet, nice, safe and has a creek with a bike path. I am not so much looking for a roommate as I am a good-person to share my home with.
