Adjacent to downtown Seminole, Seminole Grove Estates has a central location with quick access to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is about a block southwest of St. Petersburg College-Seminole Campus and roughly eight miles south of Clearwater. West Coast beaches are easily accessible for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachcombing. Gulf Boulevard, a beachfront roadway with several beach access locations, is about three miles from Seminole Grove Estates.
