This charming duplex in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles has two fully furnished one bedroom units available for short or long term stays. The house has modern updates but still maintains the charm of the original beach house. Each unit has one bedroom with a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room for the occasional guest but the apartment is ideally suited to a single professional or couple. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge and stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the other essentials for everyday living. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a separate shared laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use as well as free WIFI and cable TV. The home boasts a large outdoor patio area for al fresco dining, BBQ and beach accessories to use at your leisure. Please contact us for availability on each unit. Minimum rental period is 30 days. No pets. Monthly price includes all utilities. Please note - this is an official listing.
