About This Property

This wonderful home in the heart of San Ramon is located on a nice court with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen has been updated with cabinets, granite counters, tile flooring and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms have recently been remodeled and hardwood floors have been installed throughout the downstairs area. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and leads out to a large sun room (Florida Room). The Florida Room is an excellent play/gaming area. The Florida room that leads to the backyard with a sparkling swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The home has been rented for over 10 years and the tenants are moving out at the end of 2022. The current pictures on here are pictures of the house prior to it being rented. When the house is ready for rent it will again be in perfect condition. In addition to the improvements mentioned above the following will be completed prior to renting the property: Netzero Solar PV installation This will bring the electrical costs to $0/year. Your only gas cost will be for space heating. Hardwood floors installed upstairs Fake grass installation in the front and backyards New jacuzzi gazebo Pool slide resurface Can lights installed in all rooms and hallways Ceiling fans installed in all bedrooms, living room and family room New exterior lighting New interior doors The house is currently listed at $4,250/month with a $4,250 deposit. Animals are allowed. I will be accepting applications at this time but the house will not be available to move in until February 1, 2023. The monthly rent could change prior to the move-in date based on the cost of the solar installation and offsetting utility costs. I require tenants to have rental insurance and rent payments will be performed electronically via Rentler and you must also be signed up for credit reporting through Rentler. I will not be showing the house until after 1/15/23 which is when it is estimated the solar installation will be complete and a majority of the upgrades. Owner pays for: Gardener Pool & Jacuzzi Service Renter pays for: Electricity & Gas Water Garbage Solar is in process of being installed. This will be a Netzero home. You will end up paying $0/year for electricity.
