This penthouse unit is located on the third floor and offers panoramic views of the Ocean, Palos Verdes, and Hermosa Beach Pier. In addition to being a block from the beach, it is within walking distance of all the local spots, including restaurants on the Hermosa Plaza and the Green-store on 22nd street as well as the North End bar and grill on 26th street. The pier is a 15-minute walk away. The Penthouse unit has been completely renovated with new flooring and appliances. It has a sunroof with the amazing view daytime and at night. You can hear the waives crashing at the shore and watch the moon staring at you straight from the windows at night. This building is one of the oldest in Hermosa Beach, so it has a lot of character. There is no garage available, however, you can purchase a parking permit from the city of Hermosa Beach. Parking is not a problem at the location, only on holidays such as fourth of July and a few hot summer weekends.
