Bright, open 2880 sqft house with a sunroom porch and upstairs deck for relaxing. Located near Mariner Park and Ride and easy access to I-5 makes your commute a breeze. You will be sharing the house with males and females in their 30s and one female in her 60's. I'm looking for other professionals who are respectful, clean, and quiet. Criteria Must have a minimum credit score of 650 (open to lower credit score if there have been no evictions/good rental history) Monthly payment cannot exceed 33% of income All applicants must pass a background check Monthly payment Rent : $650 Due at signing Security and 1st month's : $650 each Terms Month-to-month All utilities will be split per person Required to have renters insurance
