About This Home
Single bedroom for rent in a 3 Bed 2 Bath house on half acre lot. 5 Minute drive to UF. 1 Gb/s Internet and utilities included. Home is also solar powered, so that’s kinda cool. Home and room are furnished. No smoking, but weed is fine on the patio. Covered carport parking and plenty of parking for friends if you'd like to entertain. We have a cat, and while he is very nice to people he can be very territorial around other animals, so other pets are unfortunately a no.
1229 NW 40Th Ter is a house located in Alachua County and the 32605 ZIP Code.
