About This Property

ALL utilities are included in the rent of this FULLY FURNISHED, family-friendly, full daylight, 2 bedroom basement apartment. It has a full kitchen that's fully stocked with everything you need, a "master" bedroom with a wood fireplace next to a king size bed with a comfy tempurpedic mattress, a 2nd bedroom with a double queen bunk bed , a small family room for gathering & gaming or watching TV, plus a THEATER ROOM with luxury leather lounge couches. The park like back yard with a firepit is shared with the upstairs owners. There is a designated spot on the driveway to park as well as street parking. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood with grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants within walking distance. Shared laundry can be arranged. All utilities included in monthly rent. Month to month contract is acceptable but longer term lease is preferred. Pets are permitted with an additional deposit per pet on case by case basis and $50/month pet fee. No smoking in the unit. $250 cleaning fee will be ducted from refundable deposit.
